We have ordered from Viccino's Italian Gourmet several times over the nearly 20 years we've lived in Mt. Vernon. This time, we ordered 1.5 lbs of steamed shrimp, a large pizza, and a plate of nachos. Almost an hour later, the delivery was marked as "supplied," but the driver left the food in the lobby despite my explicit request to bring it up to our apartment—I even doubled the tip for this service. When we opened the order, the shrimp was still somewhat warm, but the pizza was cold and far too salty. Fortunately, I had a fork to move some nachos onto a plate. Just make sure to call ahead if you're in a rush as it takes about ten minutes to cook. The prices are similar to Subway but much more competitive compared to other restaurants nearby. Overall, it's worth the wait for the quality of food you'll receive.

Okay so I got on the pickle pizza bandwagon and this did not disappoint!! I loved the combo of bacon and pickle. Cooked perfectly and really reasonable price. Definitely will be back.
I've eaten a lot of pizza from a lot of places all over the US, and this is without a doubt one of the best pizza spots, if not the best, that I've ever eaten at.
I live 2 miles from their location but outside delivery zone? This is recent as I ordered from them in the past without problems. Oh well.
