Victor Steakhouse Lounge

This has been a family favorite for years and was the go to gift certificate for holidays. We have noticed a decline in food and drink quality, and service for some time, but, given everything going on now days that is not uncommon. After the last visit I am sorry to say I'm not sure we will be back to try again. We were a party of 2. The fish dish my partner ordered smelled a lot less than pleasant even from where I sat, he is one of those fisherman that even like the whitefish from the bitterroot river, but he was not able to get far into the dish. My salad had a course black hair in it, the waitress never checked in until the meal was over and it was not one of the busier nights.

To start busy place, under staffed. No toilet paper in ladies room. The appetizer platter was good. In a party of four, 2 had steak 2 had prime rib. The 2 steaks were good. The prime ribs were ordered medium rare, they hit the table 1 well done and 1 medium well and both cold to the touch with no potatoes. The wait staff did good, the kitchen failed. The management failed. The prime ribs were returned. And no manager came to the table. No one cared. This is the second and last time we have been here and disappointed. Good luck. Will not return.

They forget the locals who have been loyal to them for over 25 years. You never leave room for walks and don't hesitate to tell you we can't serve you tonight. I suggest less reservations and more walks... trust me the business is there. I won't go back for me. As a local I went there 4 times this year and was rejected because I have no reservation.

Good steakhouse with killer dessert and nice pours from the bar. My prime rib came out rare, as ordered, and had great flavor. The au jus was perfect. The big motherlode ice cream cake for 4-6 served 3 of us just fine. What I'll always remember were the whiskey pours. No shrink-flation happening here. For the money, a great meal.

This steakhouse is amazing. The staff are friendly as are the owners. I had the Salmon with a baked potato. The salmon was delicious and well cooked and the baked potato had the best balance for crispy skin and fluffy inside! I will definitely go back!

Unfortunately, this will be our last time eating here. The last few times the food and service have been so so but this last time my steak was burnt and the hostess and server were unpleasant. I felt unwelcome and like we were a bother being there.

Best restaurant in the Bitterrrrroot Valley! The fillets are to die! Great service, friendly staff, generous drink pours! We've been coming here for years and we've never been disappointed.

Food was great and perfectly cooked. I wanted Dessert as it looked brilliant, but was too full. I just wish they had smeared potatoes, but the baked potato was still great.

Probably one of the best steak houses in the valley. Steaks are cooked perfect every time. They also have really good water.

We sat by the steak master and got to watch him at work. It was so beautiful it was like watching a dance.
