Unbelievable! We were lucky to eat in many excellent restaurants, but the bids here tops everything! From the first little bite to complex appetizers, the main course to swarm up to small chocolates to the café, every bite is exemplary and you know better it will no longer be better in life!What Mr. Bau puts on his feet with his team is looking for equal. Everything goes hand in hand and as a guest you can not feel differently than being comfortable. I just notice that I've never kept a wine card in my hand. That would be just a hindrance. Gastronomic pilgrimage Since My wife and I are active in the gastronomy, Mr. Bau has been known to us for a long time and we have long wanted to visit his restaurant. Reservations and emails have been answered very quickly and politely.My wife pregnant and I mi allergy to milk: no problem.Everyone now in detail would blow up the frame a review, but you can say that every dish is a sensation for itself!Absolute top class from the AmouseBouche to the many small post-desserts was also represented. A perfect evening! From the first to the last minute we were pampered, every bite, every walk a tasteful and visual work of art and more than once we got goose bumps.The accompanying wines to the menu were perfectly selected and rounded off the food harmoniously.A great praise also to the entire team around Christian Bau. The service is very friendly, always attentive and we felt comfortable all around.

An evening and a culinary experience as in a beautiful dream.Here everything, from the atmosphere, to the ambience, over inconceivably great dishes that took us tastefully into new worlds, also a great wine tasting and all this rounded off by a highly professional and at the same time profound and warm team.

This restaurant has scared me off the sight of the menu, I didn't know until then the pigeons belong to the grill.Ps it's definitely tasty as long as you don't know what to eat (if I know that I'd make a pigeon I would worry)
