Incredible! After moving to Oceanside two years ago, I struggled to find good restaurants. However, none of them matched up to my expectations and seemed to decline in quality each time I visited. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Villa Formia about 2 months ago and have been ordering from them 1-2 times a week ever since. I absolutely adore everything about this place - from the welcoming staff to the speedy service and mouthwatering food. Each time I order, it just keeps getting better and better. I highly recommend everything from their chicken rolls and calzones to salads and pizzas. I love it all and I'm sure you will too!
I had a wonderful dining experience at this pizzeria! The pizza was delicious, featuring a perfectly crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would have rated it 5 stars, but I thought the prices were somewhat high. Regardless, I'll definitely be returning for more of their tasty pizza! Food: 4
Went to pick up an order tonight and started a discussion with the gentleman who works the counter about this new habit of charging credit card fees. I told him I didn’t think it was fair that they charged 4% for debit cards when banks only charged 1%. He told me he really didn’t care about what I was saying. Glad they have so much business they don’t need mine. Food: 5
This fantastic local pizza place offers quick delivery and an amazing grandma pie. For takeout lunch, expect to spend around $20–30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5. Be sure to try the Sicilian Pizza, regular Pizza, and Grandma Pie!

The food at this restaurant is delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great place in this area. I highly recommend it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the good work!
The best pizza in Oceanside, without a doubt! The staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve never dined in, but the takeout is consistently fantastic.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and the authentic pizza is delicious. I would definitely return!
It is a little pricey but their Grandma Pizza which I had was excellent. !! So I guess you get what you pay for.
