This is the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life, with a ridiculously rude and disrespectful owner. We placed a large order and was told our food would be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour, we called to check on the status of our food as it still hadn’t been delivered. They “checked” on the order and claimed it was out for delivery. After another 15 minutes, we still hadn’t received our order and called again. Then, they told us they never made our order and our ticket got lost. If I could leave a zero star review here, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We placed an order that they said would be ready in 40 minutes and when we called 1 hour 30 minutes later and it still hadn’t been delivered, they “checked” and said it was out for delivery. THEN when it STILL didn’t show 15 minutes later, we called back and they “re checked” and informed us they lost the ticket and didn’t actually didn’t put the order in. Then when we were reasonably upset and asked how that was even possible when they’d just told us it was out for delivery, they hung up on us. TWICE. We moved from the neighborhood to Florida and the pizza there is terrible, we came back to the neighborhood here and stopped one of our favorite places, the crust was perfect, the sauce delicious and the sausage perfect. We want them to move a Villa Napoli in Orlando near the transported white castle and portillos, Chicago people all to Orlando Florida. That was a great pizza that couldn't wait to have another one, wondering if they ship?

I am unintentionally stuck in chicago for a night and decided to find a place to deliver one of the famous pizzas from chicago to my hotelm, I called 5 6 different places before I finally find villa napoli’s. I'm glad I found her, they delivered quickly and the pizza was great. when I'm ever in chicago, I'll definitely go back to them.

My mother went here 25 years ago and simply remembered that it existed about a year ago and we have now consistently ordered her delicious spaghetti and amazing Margherita Pizza. The food is always amazing and it is great for the price.

Disappointed that the chicken Cesar salad I've had from here b4 was absolutely not the same what I got seemed to b a house salad with chicken, onions n tomatoes... which never come on the reg Cesar salad.
This place never disappoints! Great friendly service along with a fantastic menu list of authentic italian foods.Delivery was super fast and delicious as I’m taking the time out to write this review now.
