This restaurant offers a dining experience that is truly remarkable and rare to find. From the moment you step inside, you are treated like royalty and receive impeccable service. There is no printed menu; instead, you discover the evening's specials while savoring pre-dinner drinks at the bar. The ambiance is enhanced by a stunning old Victorian mansion that overlooks the Delaware River. Richard and his staff are outstanding, always striving to provide guests with the best possible experience, and they consistently succeed!
By 8:30 PM, an hour after we had arrived at the bar, our hunger had turned into frustration. As the server hurried past, I asked for our bill because we were ready to leave. She mentioned that there was a problem and promised to take our order soon. I insisted on leaving and requested our bill once more. Unfortunately, we left without a proper explanation for the poor service, and we didn't receive any form of compensation. I won't be returning.
This is a fantastic old-school restaurant that I've cherished for many years. Unfortunately, places like this are becoming increasingly rare. I was saddened to learn that Richard passed away some time ago, and since then, the restaurant has closed its doors. I wanted to leave my rating as a tribute to the incredible dining experiences I've had here over the years.

We had a fantastic meal in a peaceful atmosphere! I took my wife there for our anniversary, and she absolutely loved it.
