Their bagels are delicious, possibly the best in the Warminster area, but man does their customer service leave a lot to be desired. The last couple of times my wife and I have come here, our orders haven't been ready. Our most recent visit this morning, for example, we were quoted a 10:55 pickup time and our order wasn't ready until 11:15. On top of that, they didn't even give us everything we ordered! Wasn't til we got home that we realized several of the bagels we ordered and paid for were missing from the order bag, since the cashier only handed us one bag instead of BOTH of the bags we needed for our order. Really sloppy work and zero acknowledgment of how much of our time they wasted....

The restaurant seems to employ a lot of inexperienced high school students who lack proper training. I placed an order this morning and went to pick it up, only to find that one of the staff members was frustrated because no one was preparing drinks for the pickup orders. The cashier seemed indifferent to the situation as well. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and whoever is responsible for making the bagels is really in need of retraining—there was an excessive amount of cream cheese. I usually enjoy extra cream cheese, but this was just over the top. It’s disappointing, as I used to visit this place regularly, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

Aug 2022 was my first time here. We are already going back for pickup again. Everything done on the site. Then you just go inside, grab your bag and leave. Food was so good. Real NY jewish bagels, at least the closest you can find outside of NYC. Had a basic breakfast bagel and everything was perfect. Enoufh for 2. Chicken salad with cashews on Foccaccia was yummy and also enough for 2. Somewhat handicap friendly. The is a ramp and only 1 door. They can help you enter. Just wish there was curbside to make it easier for people like me. We'll be trying something different on our next visit, so update to come.

I ordered 42 breakfast sandwiches for Teacher Appreciation Week, and the entire experience was seamless. Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially since it was my first time placing such a large order for a school. I had a scheduled pickup time, and everything was fresh and ready when I arrived. The checkout staff even offered to assist me. Everyone at the Comprehensive Learning Center was very grateful. I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. There were over eight staff members on duty this morning, yet the service was painfully slow. It seemed like most of them were unsure of what they were doing. The cashiers, who were all young teenage girls, struggled to take orders accurately. The sandwich I ordered, which cost over six dollars, looked unappetizing and was soggy and unappealing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

If you’re picking up bagels, here’s a tip: if you buy half a dozen, you’ll get one extra for free, and for a dozen, you’ll receive two extra. For those looking to try something different, don’t miss the Dutch apple crunch or French toast bagel—both are unique and perfect if you’re in the mood for something sweet. I this is my first and second favorite place to go for bagels......there a secret ingredient in their everything topping I can't pin point it but I like to say it's almost like a garlic knot and a everything bagel together. So freaking delish! I highly recommend ???? ?? ????

Ordered a breakfast buffet for a team meeting. Everyone raved about the bagels and baked goods. Ordering was easy via email. My order was ready for pickup and I was on my way. Great food and outstanding service.

Great bagels. I had the everything bagel with Lox spread and it was delicious. This was my first time here as I was passing by this bagel place in Warrington on my way home from visiting a cient.
