It's not exactly crunch time in the restaurant business (unfortunately for those deserving and persevering souls), so the noise level may have been unusually low. For us, that's ideal. Noise ruins digestion The food is distinctive: flavorful, inventive, and well-presented. It's not Rex, the predecessor to Vincenti until Mauro died, but it carries on the tradition fairly well. The range of options is sure to suit just about anyone's palate, though the wine list skews well above our pay grade (maybe Brentwood residents consider the cost of a bottle pocket money, but most people... probably don't). Always the best experience dining here. Maureen, the owner is always there with a smile and her chef of years creates amazing specials and I love the entire menu. You canât go wrong with a date night here or just catch up with friends at the bar. Delish!
Hands down, Vincenti remains one of the very best Italian restaurants in LA. It has been around for years, but there is nothing stodgy about it. Creative cuisine, great service.
