We’ve been coming here for many years as it’s our favourite local restaurant, however we haven’t been for some time due to a move from the area, but we are back now.. we shared a cheese garlic bread and I was so disappointed.. it seems they are quite doughy and I didn’t think it was cooked properly we prefer the thin and crusty which they were last time we visited.. the mussels and belly pork was superb.. 10 out of 10, also service was great, apart from charging for 2 bottles of wine instead of 1, but it was quickly rectified and so apologetic.. please go back to thin and crispy garlic bread just like we get in Italy. Visited here for the 2nd time on a blustery afternoon and blown away with the quantity and quantity of the food at this restaurant. The black pudding with peppercorn sauce was delicious and the peppercorns popped in your mouth with an explosion of subtle spice that lingered. The chicken risotto was a taste sensation and because it was Christmas I had the sprout and Chestnut carbonara. Wow. I am a meat lover but this was just amazing and so brilliantly different and well thought out. One of the best afternoons and Barbara was a joy to speak too. First class and massive compliments to the chef.....cannot wait to return!!
Another amazing meal at Vincenzos this evening x we had Italian sausage with mash and onion gravy and haddock and chips followed by white chocolate cheese cake with rasps and cream and 2 Peroni's all were amazing x I've been eating at Vincenzos (our local restaurant) since they opened many years ago and the quality of the food, fantastic staff and warm welcome are FAB and all at very reasonable prices which cater for all budgets. Would deffo recommend a visit and can't wait to return, many thanks Vincenzos for another lovely visit x
First time visit to this local Italian restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful as my wife has very poor eyesight they explained the choices on the menu to her..the quality of the food is excellent. Can't believe how we have not been here. Totally recommend this family run Restaurant..5 star..

We came here on 2nd December and I think we were the first bottomless brunch through the door. Absolutely amazing from start to finish Sevrin was exceptional and we didn’t have an empty glass. The food, as always, was absolutely amazing and portions weee huge. Thank you for a lovely day x
Good to be back at Vincenzos following a long absence after Covid. A warm welcome from Barbara as usual on New Year 's Eve when I visited with friends from Nottingham. Their second visit by request! Two of us opted for the risotto, 'Feather and Fin '...
6 of us had 3 courses from the bistro menu and all agreed it was faultless. Can highly recommend cheese soup, beef and vincenzo mess.
Valentines Menu ... absolutely first class food service, recommend beef cheeks and Chicken Marry Me ....will be back, thank you
