In this restaurant you will get very good italian food. Still real Italians (and Swiss) are working there. The service is professional and friendly. I ate a couple of times lunch there. Today I was offered a meat skewer, fresh pasta, mixed salad and bread. The food (all over Switzerland) is relatively cheap (16,50 CHF) whereas the wine (0.1 l Barbera d'Alba 7.60 CHF) is relatively expensive. With coffee I paid a total of 27.90. By the way: since 1974 in Switzerland service is included by the law, therefore you must only pay the total sum, which is on the bill. If you bring the sum up to a round figure, you pay voluntarily a OVER tip.I recommend this restaurant.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Besuch im Per Bacco in Interlaken! Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, authentisch italienisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders die Pasta und das Fleischgericht waren perfekt auf den Punkt. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und stilvoll, ideal für einen entspannten Abend. Insgesamt ein tolles Restaurant, das wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We were a bit non plussed by the restaurants in Interlaken but we spotted this place walking back to our hotel from the station. We weren't disappointed! The food was really good. We sampled salads, pasta dishes and some lovely Italian wine. The pasta was really authentically Italian and we returned for a second night and again weren't disappointed. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Terrible staff, avoid absolutely. We arrived at 2pm and the useless waitress told us the kitchen was closed when on the web site the opening hours are 9am - 1 am. And she didn't even speak italian!!! Basically she didn't want to work and when her boss told her by phone to serve us, she didn't even come to ask what we wanted to drink: we wanted for 35 minutes and then we left.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr fein und hat super geschmeckt. Man merkt, dass viel Mühe und Qualität dahintersteckt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das höfliche und freundliche Team – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Das Per bacco wahrscheinluch das beste Restaurant in Interlaken. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker der Service ist außergewöhnlich Danke liebes Per Bacco Team !
