This was a very disappointing meal. Ribs - almost inedible. More than half were binned. They actually tasted like ham! The texture was nothing like what pork ribs would normally be. Bizarre! I hate wasting food, but they were actually painful to eat and the sauce is something out of a bottle that is ridiculously sweet and synthetic tasting. This dish needs to be completely overhauled. Went to Vinnies last Saturday night with four friends. Had a table booked for 6:15 which was outside as we booked a little late to get a table inside (That's our problem of course and not a reflection on them). There was a pedestal heater so not too bad. We order as soon as we sat down. As the temperature plummeted to about 12 deg the heater went out. After asking several times to restart it they finally did but by that time we were all frozen. After 1 hour we asked where our food (only pasta) was and was told that it was still 15 mins away. The cook then came out and said they had run out of bolognese sauce but the other dishes were ready so we had to wait further while he cooked a replacem...
The seating is a bit squishy but the staff were nice and friendly. We were left waiting for our meal but the staff were so apologetic that it simply didn't matter. I had the veal which was nice and tender, cooked to perfection.My grandson had Ravioli which he unfortunately didn't like but overall it was worth the trip.
Loved this little cosy place in Southport. The vegetarian pizza was exceptional!! Waitress was very pleasant and engaging. Just what is needed in hospitality yet sadly lacking these days. Love to mention her name here, but unable to recall due to a few cold ones...just saying.

Italians know how to cook veal. Mine was their special, it was a large serve too much for me. Scrumptious. My husband had marinara pizza which he enjoyed. Service was prompt and courteous. Will return during this visit.
This is a reasonably priced Italian place with an extensive menu and wine list. Staff were polite and the food took a while but it was very nicely cooked. Very tasty.
I really can't give this place a full review as my wife and I walked out as soon as we were seated and that's due to the dirty glass of water the waitress
Horrible, horrible food.... biggest waste of $40 for 2 meals, and that wasn't even the drinks included. Staff weren't overly friendly either.

Very extensive menu, hard to choose. The meal the 4 of us had was perfect. Large portions and as Italian food should be.
