Our server and other wait staff were very friendly and attentive. For appetizers, we had the Ahi Tuna Crudo and Shrimp Al Cognac. Both were very good, but the shrimp dish was not that special as the name and description led me to believe, but it was still good. I've always looked forward to our date nights at Vinotta. However, I feel it's important to share that during our last three visits, we've left feeling disappointed due to the portion sizes. I had to request extra sides of the Tenderloin with gorgonzola ravioli, as the entree only includes two or three ravioli. On our most recent visit, my husband and I ordered the same dish—it was cooked perfectly, but there was barely five ounces of meat. When I asked for more ravioli, we received just four in total. We were running a few minutes late and called ahead to inform them. They were incredibly gracious and assisted us in finding our preferred seating at the bar. We started with the stuffed mushrooms and then enjoyed a special featuring lobster, shrimp, and scallops in a pesto sauce, along with a veal dish. Everything was fresh, hot, and, most importantly, fantastic! The owners helped us choose a wine and checked in on us a couple of times, making for such a positive experience. We’re likely to become regulars because it was so enjoyable.
Delicious food and attentive service that was not rushed even though it was a busy Saturday evening. I ordered the sea bass, which was delicious, as were the accompanying vegetables. he noise level was a bit high, making it a little difficult to understand our server. Would recommend requesting a quieter table when you reserve. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will be back to try other dishes.

The store is very cute but the tables were a little small and cramped. Our server was amazing and he took his time going over the menu. We ordered the beef carpaccio and it was great, just a little sour. I would highly recommend the frutti di mare al vino bianco. The scallops were cooked to perfection. Would definitely come back when I am in town.
The food is a bit pricy given the quality. I had better dining experience at other luxury restaurants. One can find the same food quality elsewhere for much less the price and the ambience was also not something which makes it justify the expensive dining. The service was good.
We had an excellent dinner! My wife and I were seated in a booth as we had requested. The only downside was that the dessert we ordered was finished before the coffee arrived. Aside from that, it was a wonderful dining experience.
Close your eyes and you will think you are eating in Italy!!! Absolutely delicious food that makes the trip to Waltham worth every minute!! Exceptional service and attention to detail a flawless dining experience!
