Virginia City Jerky Company

Super amazing little BBQ spot up in Virginia City. Head up during the week to miss the crowds and score stellar parking on the main strip. At first seating looks slim but people rotate out pretty quickly. I had the Spicy Pulled Pork and YES, it was spicy. Not so spicy that I couldn't eat it or needed milk but it had enough of a kick to it that made it just enough to notice. Also the pepperoncini was a great little touch, went great with the cornbread. They also have some amazing BBQ sauces to try so don't forget to grab some when you stock up on napkins. Oh, my, there was a little line and I was curious why. the aroma that went on the street was incredible. service was fun and friendly and they have made some injustices fir covid. the ribs were fantanic. the maisbrot was incredible. stop them while they visit virginia city and exoerince the iconic food. also the frito pie.
