I don 't normally write reviews, but this deserved one because of the horrible service I received today (10/22/23). I came in around 1:30pm. There were 2 Asian girls and 1 Asian boy working. We ordered two of the MOST BASIC drinks but had to wait 30 minutes, while everyone else got their orders ahead of us. When we asked about our drinks, they said, It 'll be ready next, but then continued to serve everyone else before us. After another 10 minutes, we had to ask again, and they looked confused. Though I know this place is best know for its sugarcane juice, I've come here for açaí bowls a few times and it has never disappointed. While the small sized bowl itself doesn't look like much at first, the generous amounts of (unlimited! toppings and great flavor really fill you up. I love how fresh and sweet the fruits are, and I never skip on getting the other bowl bases like ube and blue majik since they all taste delicious and are the perfect consistency (not too liquid but not rock hard either . The best part is that all of this is offered at a reasonable price point. Staff are always helpful and keep takeout bowls in a freezer so that it's still cold and fresh when you get it. I can't...

Vita Cane Rosemead is located in a small shopping center, right next to an Asian grocery store and pho shop. If you're tired from shopping, stop by for a refreshing drink to satisfy your sweet tooth. I love acai bowls, but can't find any good locations in SGV to get them. Enter Vita Cane! They have build your own acai bowls, so you can customize any which way you like, and the best part?! I'm a regular at this spot for their açaí bowls, which I absolutely love. While I enjoy their drinks too, they don't quite satisfy my cravings like the açaí bowls do. The main bases they offer are all excellent, but I always opt for the pitaya base. The best part? All the toppings are unlimited, so I really go all out! If you've been to Blue Bowl in the OC area, you'll find this place is just as good. I make sure to visit at least once a month! The service is generally good, but I've noticed that the drinks can take some time to arrive. To save time, I recommend pre-ordering online – you can even do this for the açaí bowls! Always a favorite when I'm in the SGV area. My go-to order would have to be the 50/50 with coconut. I love how refreshing it is. Even when the place is busy, the wait time is not too bad. They also have acai bowls with a large selection of toppings that I've gotten a few times as well. The cashiers and servers are always friendly and ready to recommend you with their favorites. There are a few tables indoors but I would say getting to-go is more convenient if you want to sit down and talk.

Everything about this place is wonderful, except for one thing: they don’t allow customers to use the restroom. It's surprising because you serve drinks, yet there’s no restroom available for patrons to use while they enjoy their time here. So, if you're planning to stay and relax, be sure to use the bathroom at home first. Lol!

I came at 7:28pm with my bf and my 2 best friends and they turned us down. We were so excited to get a acai bowl. We're trying to eat healthy and this was our only choice. There was a couple infront of us getting acai bowls. I will never be coming back. And we didn't get greeted when we walked in.

I absolutely love Vita! The food is both delicious and healthy. The excellent customer service is always a nice touch! I will definitely keep coming back for my custom spirulina and chia açaí bowl.

I wish I knew that they diluted their sugarcane juice significantly with water. Hardly tastes like sugarcane juice at all.
