Viva La Sirena - Reservar una mesa

My friend booked the Limo service from Viva La Sirena for her birthday party. The deal was if we had at least 8 people it would cost $80 to take the Limo from her house in Red Deer to this restaurant in Sylvan Lake- where 8 of us girls planned to have dinner and drinks(which would have been a huge tab!!) The Limo was set to pick us up at 8:30 which my friend had confirmed just days prior. 8:30 came and went and the Limo didn't show up. When my friend called the owner she simply said she was sick and fell asleep. The food was fantastic but the evening we dined here they were extremely short staffed!! I have been a server and I felt sooo bad for this small team. Everyone was doing everything they could but they couldn't possibly meet the demand. The servers were very kind and tried soo hard. This restaurant needs new table cloths and menus both were ripped and dirty. The washrooms had water all over the floor, they were sooo dirty I chose to go back to the hotel instead. I normally judge a kitchen based on how the washrooms are taken care of. In this case I can't say anything negative about the food, but I did notice the menus blacked out the gluten free pasta option, it would have been nice to have....

Used to be my favorite place. Have been coming here often and it's usually pretty good. Couple of days a go we had friends visiting out of town and we decided to have dinner here. It was after 8 pm and it was not busy. We got a table outside, waited for 20 min and no one came out to get our drink order. It started to get cold so I went inside and asked for a table inside and thought maybe we’ll get better service. They said no problem and told me to give them a minute. Wow I was here 3 times and omg the food the service is impeccably awesome.... the staff is wow especially Katlyn....she absolutely made our evening totally enjoyable... usually I luv Bravo but the staff and management have really slipped to a 2 in my books and isn't up to my standards....im very patient but took 3/4 hr for someone to take our order then they gave attitude.....we walked out and went to Vina la Sirena where Katlyn welcomed us baçk and had our drinks on the table and was totally amazing as usual...... this girl is a gem and wow she needs a raise as she's the best comedian waitress in Sylvan.... she will make u laugh.... this restaurant rocks for everything

We had a great time and would definitely return to this restaurant. The service was good, though a bit inexperienced. We had requested to start with the charcuterie board and ordered it 10 minutes before our other dishes, but it ended up coming at the end of our meal. We finished off our meal with dessert, but it was served in a scotch glass, which was a unique touch. Overall, it was a lovely little spot with a fantastic atmosphere. The food was presented well and of decent quality for the price, but not at a high-end level.

Based on a friend's recommendation, we decided to visit this tapas restaurant and were delighted with the tasty dishes and ample portions. Although our server seemed busy doubling as a bartender, they were still able to provide us with excellent recommendations. We enjoyed a lovely view of the sylvan lake through the open garage door-style entrance, and the atmosphere was warm and intimate. We definitely plan on returning in the future!

Very unique and delicious menu. Liked the atmosphere very cool and classy décor, a few more beers on tap would be nice. They bring in live entertainment which is really nice to see. They had blues and fish boil night that was really awesome hope they do more of this.

A awesome night out listening to blues and jazz , great atmosphere along with awesome service and ice cold beverages and exceptional tasting food made for a ohhh so great night down on lakeshore along the lake I would recommend and give it a try .

We had such a lovely experience at this restaurant! The food and wine was awesome and our service from Devin was exceptional and ensured repeat business!!!! The atmosphere was stunning. We will definitely be returning to this little gem!

The restaurant is located in a quaint area, but unfortunately they do not have electricity at certain tables and are closed on Mondays.
