Volcano Pizzeria - Reserva de mesa

Super disappointed, my father in law came all the way down from Forrest Ontario for a visit( we live in Thorold) . He’s originally from welland and was raving about the volcano in welland. So we opted to try the one here since it’s the same franchise. Absolutely disgusted. Pizza is so thin and undercooked. We ordered double pepperoni and cheese we got maybe 3- pieces extra on the pizza and barely any cheese. The other pizza was a meat lovers and we got a tiny handful of pepperoni, and sausage. But also not cooked. Wouldn’t recommend eating here, drive to welland or visit other pizza places. First and last time we eat here. Also SUPER overpriced for what we paid for. Get it together guys

I ordered delivery for Saturday at noon on Friday night. At 12:10 PM, I called to check on the order and was told it would be leaving shortly. When I called again around 12:20 or 12:25, I was told it was still on its way, but there was no explanation or apology offered. The response I received was dismissive, with no clear reason given for the delay. When I asked if my order had been overlooked, I didn’t get a satisfactory answer. The customer service was terrible, lacking any empathy or understanding. I will never return. Unfortunately, the quality and flavor of the pizza didn’t make up for this poor experience.

Well every time I was coming it was great the customer service is horrible and always horrible feels like the guy who's working absolutely hates being here but the food was good, so I kept coming untill......Today I came and ordered the same things I always do a medium and 20wings but today I got it home and the pizza was soggy and cold I called the guy said bring it backSo I did and now I'm here waiting for the remake while my wings are home getting cold I won't be back 50dollars for soggy piza and cold wingsLost a regularIn to the next local spot I guess

When it first opened, it was fantastic. However, the quality has significantly declined, and it seems they no longer care about the food quality. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with their hours of operation listed on Google, or the staff simply don't want to answer the phone. It's really unfortunate, as I'm a big pizza fan. Update: when in there the other day to get their special of 2 slices which was in actuality 1 slice on the small side. Their pizza is still quite good but their value is quite poor.Delicious pizza for a great price! Good pepperoni. Nice and crispy crust. We got it with extra sauce which made it even more tasty.

I had this pizza for the first time last night and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked. Good quality toppings. Perfect amount of sauce so the crust wasn’t mushy. If I could give this pizza 10 stars, I would!
