Horrible ordering system at a McDo-like terminal. They never tell you anything about possible waiting times until after you have paid for the food. Thereafter 40 long minutes pass until your food arrives. Part of it was just lukewarm. Had to personally return it to the dispensing desk to have it replaced (that went fast at least, as it was just fries). Waitors are friendly, food is just ok (never expected too much anyway at this venue). Personally I don‘t recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant can be reached via the slopes or train. Once you get there, you are quickly informed that you can order either via the app, screen or at the checkout. When ordering via the app, ski tokens can be used as payment! The food is delivered extremely quickly. However, mix-ups or incorrect deliveries can sometimes occur.... Very nicely built building, bright and friendly on the inside. We recommend! Very fine food, good selection of vegetarian food

The restaurant is super complicated. A mix of self-service and yet serviced. You first have to pay at the cash register and get part at the cash register, part at the bar and the menus are brought to the table. Very complicated! And it's not faster at all. Completely inefficient. Never come back! Just annoying!

The first time we were here, the food came in installments . I didn 't like it. Today we came for the second time and everything came right away. Warm and delicious. There is a beautiful view of the mountains here. One thing I miss about this place is music. Preferably loud. Especially outside the restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

The advertising says that “Gletschergüggeli” is juicy and fresh, but I had never eaten such dry chicken before. A colleague waited 30 minutes for his desert. The fries were ok

Totally confusing, the staff is very unfriendly and only speaks English, you have to order via the app. Very poorly made, was very disappointed .

The food ordered at the table via the app is served extremely quickly. Fine, simple food, but ideal for a skiing lunch. Very fine almond peaks.
