I must say: I was looking for a Vietnamese in Nuremberg and the surrounding area, offering authentic Vietnamese food as I love Vietnamese food. I tried many Vietnamese in Nuremberg and it always had this kick as my mom missed. I was with my sister yesterday (we Vietnamese and our men (both German, who also know the food from my mom there and it tasted us all very well. We had: Bun cha gio, Beef Burger, Burger a la Vietnam, Banh Xeo, Pho bo, banana cake and black glue. Was there for dinner with a friend as it's relatively new. NIce setting, casual and modern decor. The menu is not very large but the choices are interesting and very delicious. Not your average curry with 3 different types of meat.Firstly, they offer Banh Xio (crispy pancake with shrimps, minced meat and sprouts inside) which I really love. The waiter was really flexible when we wanted to share and they prepared 2 separate smaller portions. I really enjoyed this dish as appetizer. When the restaurant opened was really good with well seasoned dishes and a small menu, then something happened and the quality got really bad, las week I desired to give it a chance and I am happy I did. The good: The quality is again good, the prices a fair and the service is friendly and nice, the pho is really good specially. The rice noodles from my warm salad were good done and the meat was good seasoned and the portion on point. The not so good: The warm salad sauce was lacking flavor, sweetness and fish sauce, and because the rice noodles tend to soak the flavor, my salad ended having no flavor. Unfortunately, it was awful( Very very and one more time Very bad service. When we arrived and sat down at a table, we waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to come up to us and take our order. Nobody came and in the end I went myself to ask for our order to be accepted. We ordered two noodles and one dessert. In short, we waited another 15 minutes for dessert (already after we had eaten the noodles), and then I again went to ask where our order(dessert) was. When this was in construction, we thought we'd finally get a good place to eat Asian food in Fürth... so we were a little disappointed. Some of the Asian dishes are ok (but nothing mindblowing) and we also tried their Asian burger which is really not good at all. The drinks section is interesting but along with the floating ginger, we had a floating insect. The cutlery was also a bit unclean.

omg, this place was so good. I brought my student out of vietnam, and she loved chatting with the personal and shaking her over eating. not a huge place, so they try to catch them when they get a table. I've been keeping. I rarely eat, but I will be back in the final.
