The food is excellent, just like the atmosphere. However, the service needs improvement. We arrived at Waba Grill around 7:00 PM on Sunday, and suddenly the managers locked all the doors at 7:25 PM. We started to worry about what we would do in case of an emergency. Additionally, more than six customers left because the doors were locked, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM and it was barely 7:40 PM. Other patrons were looking at us, seemingly asking if we could open the door. I helped one person get in, but overall, while everything else here is great, the management is really lacking.
The worst service ever. And they always mess up the order. I just picked up a family meal with an additional 10 dumplings.. get home and there's no additional 10 dumplings. But they charged me. I tried calling and of course... no answer. They always dothis. I still give the business a chance but they never get it right. First they can't do my full order... then they have nocabbage for the veggies and now the dumpling... and to top it off no chili sauce when they ask me what I wanted. I'm so donewith them. You guys are the worst. Don't waste your money!!!
I usually like WaBa Grill and haven’t had any complaints before. This time, I ordered a chicken veggie bowl without rice and felt overcharged at $9, especially since the drive-thru menu listed it at $6.89. When I got home, there was very little chicken and broccoli, and the bowl was mostly filled with cabbage. This was my worst experience here—I don’t eat cabbage, and I was still hungry afterward.
This is the third time in a row that I've ordered a chicken bowl with avocado, and for the third time, there’s no avocado included. What’s going on? Charging me for avocado when I don’t receive any is unacceptable. Please train the cooks to read the orders correctly. I usually don’t complain, but come on, Waba, you’re better than this!

Great food and a clean environment, but what stood out most was the service. Gabriela, my cashier, was incredibly friendly, with a wonderful attitude and a warm smile. She confidently answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.
This is the 3rd time in a row I order a chicken bowl with avocado and the 3rd time in a row with no avocado what the hell is going on charging me for avocado when I don?t get any ? Train the cooks to read the receipt right I usually don?t complain butcome on waba you are better than this !
Cabbage tasted odd. Like it?s been sitting out for long. I had huge pieces of the the beef. Not chopped out. Overall dissatisfied. Save yourself the time and money.
I ordered through DoorDash and my food was undercooked. The chicken was raw, my family and I got food poisoning. Will never order from this location again.

I absolutely enjoy the food here, but I consistently find myself waiting quite a while when I place orders through the ride service.
Love the food but always a wait while ordering via the drive through.
