The two ladies running the restaurant really exemplify the highest level of courtesy. Even though some customers weren't very polite or responsive, they handled everything wonderfully. When I sat down for my meal, I observed that every person who walked in was welcomed warmly and treated with sincere attention. Thank you, ladies! I had a delightful meal and an amazing experience, and I truly appreciate it. Also, a huge thank you to the chef—the food was outstanding!

I really enjoy eating WaBa grill. They have been very consistent in taste no matter what location I go to. The WaBa plate is always great, but I do feel they are not always portioned the same. The average for two WaBa plates is around $19 but it is a good amount of food. Some locations have special promotions where you get a drink for free, which I think makes it even better!

The restaurant is exceptionally clean and provides outstanding service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a selection of sauces that you can pour over your meal, and you even have the option to take a bottle home with you. Good food and healthy. A lot of choices to chose from. They have a spicy pork right now which is real good. But the teriyaki chicken and steak is yummy as well. Fast service, and with smiling staff.

The portion sizes have decreased, but the prices remain high. It's no longer worth it for me. I think I'll opt for some budget-friendly Chinese food instead.
