I had never been to this restaurant before, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered their Salmon Veggie Bowl. They advertise that the fish is wild-caught salmon, but in my experience, wild-caught salmon typically has a rich, dark pink color. The salmon I received appeared more like farmed fish, with a very pale, almost whitish hue. Additionally, the portion of salmon for $12.00 was disappointing—about a quarter of an inch thick. I was expecting a substantial piece, not a thin, sheet-like slice. It was roughly 4 inches long, 3 inches wide, and just a quarter of an inch thick. For the same price, I could buy a decent-sized piece of salmon at the grocery store that would easily feed two people...
I usually don 't come here but today my boyfriend I decided to stop on our way home , as my boyfriend proceeded to place the order the cashier asked if it was for here or to go , he said for HERE . While they were making our order I notice that the female employee was just talking (flirting with all the male employees) as she was bagging our order . The cashier even told her that the order was for HERE and she still continued to keep our bowls inside the bag didn 't care what so ever . She called out our order, both my boyfriend I got up to open the bag and open the bowl in front of her so that we can put sauce while the cashier turned around told her I told you so she just laughed and conti...
The service here is awful. The food is good. The staff is very very rude. The employees are not nice. The employees constantly short change you on purpose so check your change carefully. The place doesn't look very inviting and needs a major make over. could be cleaner. The price has gone up a bit but so has everything else with inflation. I would suggest going to another location.
The food is great, no complaints. Waba has been my go to lately for lunch or dinner but the service is horrible. Everything single time I come here the women working the register have such unfriendly attitude which makes it so uncomfortable to even be there. I won't be coming back to this location after my experience tonight.

The restaurant is exceptionally clean and provides outstanding service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a selection of sauces that you can pour over your meal, and you even have the option to take a bottle home with you. There are two chicken dishes available for $13.99, or you can get a combo for just $8.
This is a fantastic restaurant! It's incredibly clean, offers healthy food at great prices, and the quality is top-notch. The staff is very professional and always greeting you with a smile. The cashiers are polite and friendly as well. I absolutely love dining here!
I found a deal through the app, but when I arrived and placed my order, it wouldn't activate. I double-checked everything to ensure I met the requirements for the deal, but it was all in vain. It felt like a waste of time due to misleading advertising.
Good food and healthy. A lot of choices to chose from. They have a spicy pork right now which is real good. But the teriyaki chicken and steak is yummy as well. Fast service, and with smiling staff.

Cashier needs more training hearing, and giving out CORRECT orders and after messing up learn how to apologize for your mistake not haha there was a mix up 2nd time they do this.
Food is good. They still give generous serving of protein unlike most Waba I have frequented recently. The staff is friendly and orders are fast to come out, even on busy times.
