I come here when I want something on the lighter healthier side. It's a small store which I like. I appreciate that the owner appears to employ high schoolers, we all had to start somewhere. I always order inside and some of the kids are friendlier than others, but I've never had a horrible experience. The super tall boy and black girl (I don't see name badges? have always been the most courteous and respectful when I go in. I like that the tall boy always takes care when bagging our order so that our bowls don't slide all over the place.
Love waba grill food is great and all but it's just the terrible service. Atleast have someone who can fake decent customer service. Idk if the person working there today had a bad day but there's no reason for them to sideeye you with attitude when you're just trying to get some food lmao. It's like y'all hired someone who didn't even want to work there to begin with. I'm not one to get rude to someone who works in the service industry cause I've been on the other end of that but atleast hire someone who can fake decent customer service.
I came to Waba Grill and ordered 3 bowls for my family. The rice was sticky and the chicken was chewing. No taste. The portions oh my love were so shameful. Rice shredded with small bang up. Presentation of shells that do not appeal at all. Put everything in the garbage. Spoke to Mgr Matt said that this is how they should look small now. What a way to lose good long customers. I love waba grill but not this location. For the past year or 2 they have been so bad and I stopped coming for months. Today I went back in and the employees just stand around and talk instead of make the orders. The tall white guy was wearing Sandals and basketball shorts. Their service always sucks and is definitely the worst I've ever gotten from any of their locations

My order was delivered and the bag was obviously opened. I ordered and paid extra for ?extra shrimp?. My order contained a total of 5 shrimps. Whe I tried to call the store in La Vern that it was ordered by the phone, goes directly to a voicemail that was set up. I don't want to say that I'm not so good, or that I'm ever gone from evil?
I have ordered bowls from this restaurant multiple times now, and each time I have been disappointed to find that the bowl is only half full. It is frustrating to get home and realize that I have paid full price for hardly any food. This location appears to be skimping on portion sizes.
This was my first time there, gave a try to one of the magnificent sweet chicken bowls and it was really good.Definitely will come back as many times as I possibly can to try everything on the menu.Kuddos WaBa Grill!
The server had her air pods in the whole time and was not friendly at all. Had to come back for something she forgot, and she had attitude because she had to take air pods out of ear to hear me..

People are nice and efficient got my food at a good time even when busy, guy with the tattoos was super nice and great attitude. Definitely coming back to this Waba grill.
