I wasn't happy with my experience at the restaurant. My order was incorrect, and they charged me $2.99 for just two shrimp, then only refunded me $2.49 plus tax for them. On the bright side, the customer service was great. However, I don't think I’ll be returning to Waba Grill; I prefer sticking with Yoshinoya instead.
The worst.. manager attitude the worst bad customer service. She doesn't let you use restroom. Had to wait for my order for about 20 minutes for a WABA BOWL. After all she told me that rùn out of steam rice. Can I put 0*??
Not what it once was…the portions keep shrinking here. You barely get any meat. It’s crazy because there food is actually good it’s just the portions are horrible. No wonder it’s always empty.

Disappointed, this place used to be good until whoever made my Waba bowl barely gave me any meat and chicken. Juat dumped a bunch of veggies. Lost a customer.
love this place, service is always on point, staff are friendly, and the food is amazing and healthy. i highly recommend eating here!
This restaurant is never open on Sundays at the advertised time. They might as well just close it for good.
