I ordered a chicken bowl with vegetables on the side, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The portion was tiny, and it feels like they really don't care about their customers. It makes me wonder if the workers are worried about it coming out of their own pockets. It's a shame that we have to pay over $10 for just some rice and chicken, and they can't even fill the bowl properly. Honestly, if I wanted a small serving, I would have asked for the vegetables mixed in with the rice. I won't be coming back! Just a heads-up, if you order vegetables on the side, expect to get even less than what you would with them included in the bowl!
Hmmm this is disappointing for me. I asked my husband to buy me food and I specifically asked for this since I've been craving for Waba for so long. I usually buy it from the one in Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena since I work around there and I always had a great experience. I was anticipating this fresh grilled chicken and soft ribeye steak but instead I was welcomed with dry and burnt meal with a bitter aftertaste. I'm so sad!! I was really looking forward for this. I can't even save it with the waba sauce they provide.
The food here is excellent—very fresh and with a wide variety of options. We've been coming since the restaurant opened, and we've never experienced any issues with the service. There's no real ambiance to speak of; it’s just a small space with tables. The place is consistently clean and inviting, and the food is always served hot and delicious. It's a great spot for healthy eating at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend giving it a try!
End of lunch time rush and the was nobody at the front to take an order for like 5 mins until someone else noticed and went back to alert them. Also, the paper towel dispenser was almost empty despite being on order 160 for the day. Seemed on the verge of not being clean and clearly didn't have employees who took pride in their work so not sure I'd go back to this location. Otherwise the food was ok.

I went here for the convenience and I?ve been here before. It?s close to home and options are limited. Generally I would drive the extra mile to get Panda or something else when I want some fast food, All that being said, WaBa puts out a consistent product and it?s pretty good... I had the WaBa plate on this visit and enjoyed it.
Love waba grill in general but 5 stars to this one in particular because when we arrived the cashier was in the restroom and the chef took initiative and asked us what we would like so he could begin preparing it. Thought that was really friendly of him and the food was presented beautifully. 02/17/19 2pm
This waba grill has always been clean, friendly, fast and efficient. I like ordering the mini chicken bowls with white meat, brown rice and broccoli. Perfect for a lunch after you workout. Just enough food if you don't want a lot. Will return.
This place has excellent food! I love eating her food. Although we always take the food, it is very clean and would stay there to eat at any time. Recommended!
