I believe Wada Express makes their Pol Sambal (Coconut Sambal) by first using the grated coconut to extract coconut milk for other dishes, then using the leftover coconut to prepare the sambal. As a result, the Pol Sambal barely has any coconut flavor. Additionally, there are no green chilies or onion pieces visible in it. I've tried their Pol Sambal several times over many months, and it has remained the same. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Asian cuisine.
