This is a horrifically filthy Waffle House with incredibly poor service. We arrived and sat at the counter and waited for 15 minutes and nobody looked at us or offered us coffee or a menu. We decided to leave and are glad we did. Not sure this would survive an inspection by the health department. Wish we had taken photos. You couldn?t see the counter below the waffle irons, because the dried overflow of waffle pieces was as high as the waffle iron. This place really needs to be shut down for 2 weeks for a total cleaning and needs a manager.
I found the table and menu to be dirty, so I asked the waitress if she could clean it. She consulted another staff member who claimed the table had already been cleaned. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was quite unpleasant, as I experienced rude behavior from some of the patrons. I believe that if a restaurant cannot adequately care for its guests, it might be better off closing. As a Black customer, I expect a certain standard of service when I’m spending my money.
It's a waffle House, what more can you say. The food was delivered quickly eggs were a little too runny lots of uncooked White. Toast was burnt on one side perfect on the other. Bacon was Chris the service was so so, couldn't tell who was going to wait on us. The floor was a mess behind the counter. I don't know how those sous chefs remember everything is yelled at them but they get it done. The hash browns were perfect. Everything was a little sticky.
White Womsn by the name of Andrea was outside smoking a cigarette, opened the door, wasted the floor with a rag that on the table yes a rag if u r reading this and the manager watch the tape it happened today around 6:40, she coughed twice and then washed her hand with no soap… TRIFLING DISGUSTING if u eat here make them wash their hands in front of u with soap for 3minutes

The food was good and the service was fast, but I didn't expect to be told where to sit. I've been coming here for a long time, and today when I arrived, the waitress directed me to a specific seat. As a regular paying customer, I would have thought I could choose my own spot. It's worth mentioning that the place was pretty empty—I was the only customer at the time.
I wouldn't recommend eating there! The cook handled the raw meat, including chicken, and didn't change his gloves afterward. He went on to touch all of our plates and utensils. Thankfully, I caught this and we decided to leave after informing them about the issue, to which they just said, "Oh... sorry."
I was in a ton of WH over the years. In this, half of the staff are friendly and the other half are miserable....and it shows. Food was in total, Meh. Probably not back there the facility was not very clean and I felt I had to inspect my cutlery before eating. If DHEC would roll in?
My grilled chicken was a bit on the salty side, and the temperature of the dish was warm. However, the service was excellent; our server was friendly, pleasant, and greeted us with a smile.

Great experience, staff very friendly and accomodating...some real teamwork here, we had all 7 of our meals out to us in about 10 min!
I love having breakfast in this place, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.
