The restaurant offers a straightforward and efficient experience. During my visit, I noticed that the staff was being properly trained to provide attentive and respectful service. The food is decent for what you pay, and the unlimited coffee is a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and pleasantly scented. While the parking lot is somewhat small, there are plenty of nearby options. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they seemed to give extra attention to guests who looked like they were celebrating or enjoying a special occasion. The team truly deserves a raise; their camaraderie and teamwork are impressive and quite rare to find these days.
The customer service was great. The food was really tasty. The customers were friendly. One customer heard me say we were celebrating my husband's birthday and got the other diners to join in and sing happy birthday. This kind gesture made my day. You ask why is this in the review. I'll explain. The overall atmosphere including the friendly staff was possibly part of the reason why she felt comfortable to lead the diners in song. We will be going back. JS
I would never return to this restaurant. Despite having plenty of staff, there were only two tables occupied with just four customers. The waitress served me half a cup of coffee and didn’t offer a refill. My waffle was undercooked at the edges, which made for a disappointing breakfast. I'm still annoyed that I left a tip. I do not recommend this place.
HORRIBLE?????? Ordered the Texas toast cheesesteak with bacon. ONLY got two pieces of bacon, sandwich WAS NOT cut AND the cheese on my hash browns was cold like it just came out the fridge Date: Monday, July 11, 2022 Time 2:00AM GET A REAL COOK IN THERE NOT THAT REMEDIAL DUDE YOU GOT ON THE GRILL???

Ms. Beth provided us with outstanding service for our party of eight, even though it was quite late at night. The food was delicious and served piping hot. We will definitely be coming back! Sorry for not taking any photos!
The hostess was incredibly pleasant, but she was working alone since the cook didn’t show up. I felt really bad for her. Waffle House, you need to do better—she deserves a raise! *Peajay

This Waffle House location was great. The food was good and the service was excellent. We will definitely be going back again.

Landed at St Louis Intl Airport at 2AM and Waffle House was the nearest Dine In open. It was a godsend!
