When did Popeye's stop prioritizing the quality of their food? It’s frustrating to think that food is prepared in advance, left sitting for hours, and then sold. Why is it that I often find items missing from my order? Consistency and temperature of the food seem to vary greatly. What does the supervisor think about this situation? Who is the general manager, and why is this issue being tolerated? I understand that the hardworking employees recognize the importance of the customers’ money, especially in our current economic climate. First of all, the chicken pieces are incredibly small! We waited 30 minutes, hoping for better quality. We ordered a 10-piece family meal, but when we got home, we found there were only 9 pieces. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one picked up. On our initial visit, we also ordered a 10-piece mixed meal, only to find it was all legs (dark meat) once we got home. I spoke to the manager, who told me to bring it back, but my kids had already started eating. When I explained this, the manager simply said, “Well, we can’t help you!” At this point, I’m done with this restaurant.
I'm extremely disappointed after ordering from this location through the app. My order was not only incomplete, but the chicken I received was overcooked and had a strange chemical taste. This is simply unacceptable—$20 wasted! The management here has serious issues. When I went inside to place my order, I saw the manager preparing my food, yet she still missed several items! If the manager can’t properly read a screen and pack orders correctly, how can we expect the staff to perform better? This establishment clearly needs better management to operate efficiently.
I cannot recommend this Popeyes. I understand that they may be facing staffing and pay issues, but it appears that the employees need more training. The person at the drive-thru asked me three times about my drink order and still ended up giving me soda instead of tea. After waiting 30 minutes because they didn't have enough chicken ready, I was quite disappointed. I won't be coming back. In all my years of managing restaurants, I have never come across an establishment so poorly managed. This location consistently runs out of menu items, offers a very limited selection of soft drinks, and the card machine is often out of order. Considering how new this place is, it's baffling that they could invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to open it, only to face menu shortages and encounter rude staff. I certainly won’t be coming back.
I do not recommend stopping by this Popeyes. The staff appear to be underpaid, and although I feel for them, they clearly lack proper training. The drive-thru attendant asked for my order three times, and after a 30-minute wait with no food prepared due to a chicken shortage, I was given a soda instead of the tea I ordered. I will not be coming back. The management should think about increasing wages to improve service.
I ordered a sandwich combo along with a biscuit. First, they forgot to include a drink. Then, they counted the less expensive biscuit as my side, which meant I had to pay extra for a more expensive option. To make matters worse, I specifically asked them to remove the pickles, but when I took out the sandwich, there they were—pickles! This was the worst service I have ever experienced.
The service was exceptionally slow. The cashier appeared to be lackadaisical and inattentive. I had to go back twice to get two items that were missing from my order.
