Literally can not say enough good things about any waffle house who has Mr. Butters as their Area Manager. My company ordered breakfast (8 of us, individually), and mine was left. It was a bummer but no big deal, I was just hoping for a refund when I contacted waffle house online as you cant call them. Mr.Butters went above and Beyond, He not only delivered my order personally from waffle house to my work but also had it remade fresh and picked me up a water. I literally can't say enough good things about his dedication to customers. I am blown away and have always been a Waffle house stan but now I am beyond that. I am their biggest fan and more importantly Mr.Butters biggest fan. Truly one...
So the first time we went about 9:00 it was so packed we couldn't get in so we made our trip to where we was going and we came back about 11:30 ish and we was able to sit down the family enjoyed their food our server is really nice I believe his name was Chris he was very attentive he checked on us multiple times and we appreciate that
Latoya is a Rock Star. I placed an online order, which was super simple and convenient. When i arrived at the store she greeted me when I walked in, took my order and made sure I didn't need anything else. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you Latoya! I will always come back to this location.
When I first walked in I wasn't greeted but an argument of who would assist me. A young man came from the back and began assisting me. When my boyfriend came in all the young ladies greeted him and tried to seat him.The young man was very pleasant and attentive. Reserva una mesa ahora
