I love this placetoday I was really hungry and usually I can wait for my for but I ask the server if I could get my waffle first he was very kind and say yes ma'am and he call for my food and ask if he could get me my waffle first and proceed to put spray on the iron and this lady AMY just say nooo don't that and act like a little girl just like if someone took her little toy and the gentleman say I askAnd AMY said no she can wait for her foodMy question isIs the customer right or wrongOr that policy is not for her AMY
This Waffle House didn't turn away my business (unlike the CenterPoint location). Moving along ..... The staff was super friendly and so helpful. My food was ready fast. This was my first time ordering takeout from this location. I ordered the cheesesteak hash-browns. They were tasty and the portion size was enough for two people. I didn't share with anyone though! Lol It's been years since I've visited this location. I really enjoyed the service. The inside of the restaurant is very clean. Outstanding health score.
There was only one waitress whom suppoisdly kept going to the bathroom to throw up. Every table was full of dirty dishes. It was late at night I saw no reason there shouldn't be at least one clean table. The cook was great though and we got take out and it was phenomenal! They just need some good waitresses. I've waited tables at 3 restraunts and even if you are having to work sick you never announce that to your customers!
I enjoy our waffle House food. For the most part I'm usually satisfied with everything. But this morning when I got breakfast for my entire family in the bag for the waffles and I'm still waiting on my daughter to go to the grocery store and get some syrup. So I guess I'm going to end up eating my waffles with jelly because I've got a hungry headache and it's going to be dinner time in a while.
The food is decent—just your typical breakfast fare. I usually go early in the morning after my night shift when the place is empty. However, when I tried to stop by yesterday, the parking lot was packed with cars. I overheard someone mention something about a "Reddit laser," which sounded like it had to do with some kind of weapon, so I decided to go back to my van and leave.
we left the restaurant on the street after we were neglected last night half an hour! our waitress in the waffle house, pinson, al was amazing! greeted as soon as we got into the door! we have hardly taken place when they brought our drinks! hubby, 2 riesen, and I said waffle house was the best part of our day! our waitress gave excellent service!
