I want to provide an update based on my own experience and the restaurant's response. I mean no disrespect, but I believe I've explained everything clearly in this review, and I hope it will be taken seriously. Moving forward, I will no longer be a customer at the nearby Waffle House. A waitress named Beth Baize made mistakes with our order and there were some items missing. I waited to see if she would notice the errors, but she didn’t. Although she apologized, her tone did not seem professional, and I felt her apology lacked sincerity. Additionally, our drinks were never refilled throughout our meal. Waffle House is the gold standard for breakfast that many Americans love. This location has the same clean and orderly interior that we expect from any restaurant in the chain. The staff here is abundant and works quickly to ensure my guest got what he needed to cool down. Compared to the restaurants in Jacksonville (where I live), they currently offer meals for under $10 with plenty of meat. The exterior could use a little cleaning, but the entire interior was tidy and felt sanitary. If you're looking for good, hot food in a hurry, I highly recommend stopping by for some great comfort food.

My friend and I visited Waffelhaus, where we decided to take a break. Since it wasn't crowded, we told the staff to take their time as we enjoyed our cigarettes. Kay went in to place our order and returned, while Tyson took our order promptly. He informed us about our choices and took care of our meals efficiently. I must say, their service was truly outstanding!

Always have what I want and I know I'm going to like the coffee before I enter. Staff is friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are clean.
