Firstly, I am traditionally trained service professional. I tried to contact Wagamama directly, but there is a stupid questionnaire which does not leave much room to comment. First time in this restaurant, I studied the menu for a very long time, would have been nice if a staff member had come over to offer help. Waited a long time for my drink, which I watched sitting on the bar. I did adjustments no onion,chili) to my meal, no problem. Again, food sat a while on the kitchen counter before being brought to my table not busy, 5.30pm). After clearing my empty bowl I was not offered dessert or more drinks. Waited a while to catch someones attention to pay. I had my purse on the table, clearly...
We decided to dine at this restaurant because our first choice was closed, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience! The vegan menu had a variety of options and the food was delicious. The "no duck donburi" dish was especially tasty. The vegan chicken ramen was also good, but be cautious as it was very spicy. The cauliflower appetizer was not what we expected since it wasn't battered and fried, but it was still enjoyable. The appetizer ribs were a favorite, with a delicious sauce. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Had a lovely experience in there recently, The food was amazing as always. Anna made us feel very welcome. Lovely, bubbly and very accommodating. We asked what something was like and she kindly asked the chef for a taster. The restaurant was very busy the busiest I had seen it before, yet Anna was making sure everyone was happy and had time to chat and be courteous to customers the beer was also nice
We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was incredibly flavorful and the atmosphere was pleasant. Siera, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent service with a warm and friendly attitude. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable thanks to her.

Wagamama is consistently amazing and the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious, with perfect quality. I wish I could eat more because it's just that good! The service is always top-notch.
A big thank you to the Wagamama team working on the evening of June 7th for making my birthday special with a surprise cake. Even though my family forgot, the restaurant chef did a great thing. Thank you.
