To the rude security woman . I will not be visiting Malvern Waitrose again just becuase I was wearing a tracksuit she don’t need to follow me around . Thinking I was a chav . Very rude lady I left my trolly and walked out . She followed me staring at me outside . I felt very uncomfortable. I will not be using this store again obviously she has no people skills
Waitrose is essentially just like any other major supermarket. One thing I have noticed is that the fresh produce is often of lower quality, with avocados that are consistently hard and inedible and don't ripen at home, as well as inconsistent quality in apples. When it comes to fruit and vegetables, M&S is definitely the better choice.
waitrose are market leaders. they store a comprehensive range from basic to high luxus. the prices are higher than some shops, but the quality is very high. I find Waitrose shops in which to navigate very easily and their employees are highly competent and helpful. it is all a question of personal choice whether they use it.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. The menu options are limited because they are missing half of the ingredients due to delays in getting deliveries. I have complained to management several times about the area outside being very dirty. I was told it was being cleaned but nothing happens. Why not? Its a disgrace. All the way up from Graham Rd. And why have you stopped selling buttermilk?
clean and tidy business, helpful staff, but I find them expensive. great parking spaces with a maximum time of up to 3 hours. faster service at the construction sites today, even if the load was busy.
Can only assume one star reviews are by trolls and/or staff of so-called competitors. Politest and most helpful staff of any supermarket. Not the cheapest, but quality and variety are unequalled.

"Warm welcome. Sat by fire which was very cosy and comfortable. Subdued lighting and lovely staff made for a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food fish chips and chicken pie served very hot. Couldn’t have been happier."
