I would like to comment on the food and drink but unfortunately I can’t as we weren’t served. On requesting a table for four from the strawberry blonde waiter we were directed to an unoccupied area outside with an unfriendly mumble and a dismissive flick of a finger. One of the joys of eating outside in French cafes or restaurants is savouring the ambience and watching others. These were the only joys we had at the Wall Street Cafe. We waited...waited..and waited even longer for someone to serve us. Our area of the cafe filled up and it was galling to see others getting their drinks orders and selecting from the menu. All attempts to get the attention of the finger flicking waiter were ignor...
We sat outside at this pleasant-looking cafe after checking out several places, thinking it would be just the job. Unfortunately the staff are unforgivably rude and neglected all diners, preferring to chat and waft about. We had to practically rugby-tackle the waiter to ask for a menu, then it didn’t arrive... asked again and got it after a 10-minute wait. Chose what we would like, then waited for somebody, anybody, to take our order... and waited... and waited. Meanwhile, the waiter is listlessly clearing tables, chatting to mates and studiously ignoring all three (count-em three tables of diners wanting to pay or order. We waited 25 minutes, then got up and left. Such a shame, as we loved...
I arrived at 7:50 and the restaurant was still closed, despite information indicating it would open around 7:30. It was disappointing that they did not open on time and offer a convenient coffee spot near my workplace. It would be helpful if they updated their opening hours to accurately reflect when they are able to serve customers.
Inspired by the great hospitality and friendly service. They created place for 11 in the middle of festival even though they are fully crowded. It was a gift when all other restaurants did not accept us. Food was great especially norwegian salad.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! It is one of my favorite places to grab breakfast before heading to work. The empanadas are always delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I stopped by this nice place few 3 times, place is nice, clean and waiters very polite. I do recommend except little bit more atenttiveness in the case you would love to have another drunk or to pay.
Absolutely recommend this place for the good food (amazing burgers) they serve and the reasonable price. Also it is well located in a calm square in the city centre.
Amazing, authentic, home-made quisine, friendly and homey service, and excellent paninis and empanadas! I come here all the time now
