was amusing a really big tofu scramble after a disappointing one from another caffe on the day before and so I decided to try walnut. wow, that was the right choice. over the menu I was tempel by their many numbers of scrambles and their omelets that could be made with tofu, but my eyes could not be torn away from their huevos mexicanos option. decided to modify it and what I ended was about my expectations in as it turned out. not only the scramble came from first rate (and with abundant portions), but the supplements that I added was brilliant and the side of their home style potatoes w/onions really helped increase my taste buds. I have tried many a tofu cube in local restaurants and I am generally disappointed by a bland-tasteful baptism of moschus. not so in the walnut avenue cafe! since I have tasted her, I have not gone to breakfast in other local restaurants. they replace tofu for each scrambble for an additional 35. Last time we left, I had avocado, spinach and mushroom and it was great. at the weekends there is always a short waiting time to get space, but they can help themselves to watch a cup of coffee and people while they wait. eating is delicious and the server is friendly. they are happy, soy milk for their coffee on request and good to ask butter from the toast or other veganizing who they have. this r...

I love getting the Tofu cube, coffee and/or orange juice! the only thing is that I like and can add more than 3. I usually order the Tofu Scrambble with mushrooms, spinat and cheese for another veggie. update: I tried the veganized “Huevos Mexicanos” that someone else suggested in the reviews here. and let me say good-bye! Table for two we arrived at 11:20. We said 30 minutes, we waited almost an hour. You have a quarter if you need to add a parking space. Limit $2. Table for 2 is overcrowded, small. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food was great, potatoes were a bit burned, but tasteful. Server's were often walking by offering coffee refill. I'd come back.
