During my numerous visits to Charleston to see friends, I always explored the popular spots, but Wando River Grill was conveniently located next door. At first sight, it was absolutely breathtaking with its wonderful views and ambiance. My wife and I have visited several times, and we absolutely love it. The combination of food, drinks, service, atmosphere, and location is spectacular. We enjoyed light appetizers, including shrimp and wings, along with drinks at the beautiful bar that offers a breathtaking view of the Wando River. On two occasions, we also had a full-course dinner with friends, and both experiences exceeded our expectations. Our waitress was always attentive and clear in her service. I highly recommend Wando River Grill and look forward to our next visit.
I was taken to Wando River Grill by friends who arrived by boat, and I must say, the marina and restaurant are both lovely. The food was fantastic; I had the tuna poke, which featured incredibly fresh tuna drizzled with a flavorful dressing and accompanied by a generous side salad. The only downside was that the rice was a bit dry and tough to eat. Overall, it’s a wonderful lunch spot by the river, enhanced by live music outdoors. It’s a relaxing place with great food and drinks.
My wife and I discovered Wando River Grill yesterday. What a beautiful find. The location is excellent and the views of the river Wando and boats are so beautiful. We had already eaten, so Susan and I only had a beer. I can't comment on food, but the menu gave a nice selection. The staff seemed very nice. Susan Bell

OMG the view was everything.. The waitress was so pleasant and the food was excellent. Will definitely be back. Oh we ate outside which they have plenty of seating and they also have the outside heaters.
Excellent food and fast friendly service. We had a group of 25 people. We were seated in 5 minutes and eating within 30 minutes. I ate the salmon poke it was amazing!
How have I missed this? The food is amazing and the drinks? Wow. The chef came around and chatted us up. Our waitress, Celene, was a hoot.
We were there tonight. Had a great dinner. Great environment and the staff was great. Love it. Will be back soon.
