I usually order from this restaurant without any worries, but unfortunately yesterday a bit was in the melted beef and cheese. After seeing this, the order went into the trash... which is normal. I contacted the restaurant directly to inform them, the chef shouted and refused to make a commercial gesture to me, he only offered to recook the beef and cheese for me. I find it a shame because I tried to find common ground with them and avoid giving a negative opinion but with yelling it is not possible to work things out. Very disappointed!
Frankly extremely disappointed, quality has drastically declined for a year and we have reached the bottom. Can you try to make even thinner slices of fish on sushi and maki??? It was unbelievable we would have said ham de parma, in short wanting to make savings ok but to the point that it is totally flagrant and without the customer it is serious. We can also talk about the service that is just picking up, but I would like not to write a novel. In the end it’s mainly a pity because it was a great restaurant before.
