as already rated with the short-term review, an absolute culinary high light, which was more than just for the special occasion of the visit. only the maximum table reservation of 2 hours indicated during booking was at least irritating, although no one wanted to put one in front of the door after two hours! that would also be a frevel in view of the excellent menu, as for the right enjoying the food is much more than the time required. in the connection to the successful evening, the very courteous staff apologised this information of the booking system as a misinformation.

we had been covered in the interior. outside was most pleasant summer night weather. we made the wish to move outside. we were given with words and face expression to understand that one would like to meet this desire only unfortunately. we still moved, especially since in the meantime other guests had settled outside. during the evening relaxed athmosphere and faces. the beginning was not appropriate to the level of their restaurants.

the 4-course menu was very good, both tastefully and with regard to the size of the portion. the service was good, the waiter seemed a bit inexperienced especially with the wein recommendation. the restaurant is located in a vaulted cellar, so the noise level is quite high. but we were allowed to take a place next door, there it was very pleasant. overall a beautiful local, we are very happy to come back

we ate at the closter of the angel. a very beautiful location with successful connections between old and modern architecture. all rooms are decorated with a lot of love for detail. the food was good craftsmanship, but for the price no highlight. very friendly reception, good service. both the brain dish and the calf were very delicate and tasty. a little bit more sweetheart would have been nice. the cream brulle tasted a little fad and was too liquid. yet a local to feel comfortable.
