Excellent dinner from appetizer to dessert. Menu options were varied and preparations were attractive and delicious. Seasonal choices were available. The duck breast entree was prepared in such a unique way that we have never tasted before. Our server, Melissa took care of our every need. She offered recommendations and answered any question we had. Highly recommend the Washington Inn and we will return any time we are in Cape May.

Another fantastic dining experience; The Washington Inn is our go-to for a special night out. They kindly seated us at our requested table in the patio area, and then Daniel, our server, took it from there. He was attentive without being intrusive, paced everything perfectly. As usual, the food was delicious, and we are looking forward to our next special occasion to celebrate there.

Superlative dining experience. Our server, Miles, was personable and knowledgeable of the menu and gracious at every turn. The food was scrumptious, beautifully presented, and very well prepped. Simon, the sommelier was charming and quite experienced at suggesting pairings with our foie gras and duck/beef entrees. Service el throughout was on point

Once again, a epicurean delight feasting at the best restaurant in Cape May. The seasonal cocktails were unique and never disappoint. The waitstaff was exceptional and made the dining experience perfect. Every course was noteworthy and the four of us had nothing but accolades four every delectable course that we enjoyed. From the timely valet service to the dessert, this establishment is excellent. The Cioppino was fantastic as were the short ribs. Salads were a bit pricey for the size but made with fresh and local ingredients.the memo included a few NA beers and mocktails. The service was very attentive!!

Outstanding service, coupled with a dependably good meal. Ambiance was disappointing, as an adjacent table of 4 was exceedingly loud and inappropriate with their discussion topics and language. Not overhearing them was not an option. Hoping for better next time.

Thank you Washington Inn for an amazing evening. The food and cocktails were outstanding and the lovely anniversary dessert was a special ending. I also want to thank Sean for the fantastic service and suggestions. Definitely an establishment we will be back to.

We had a great meal. The service was excellent. Everything was top notch, as it was about 20 years ago for our first meal at the Inn. We will definitely dine there again when in the South Jersey area. Try it, you will be pleased!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The oysters Rockefeller was delicious or at least that's what my son told me. I ordered it for me but my son ate it all. The shorts ribs and cioppino were absolutely the way to go. They were both cooked very well.

Consistently excellent food, service and selection. A must make reservation for us each time we visit Cape May. The only thing thing difficult there is deciding what to order with so many excellent choices.
