that watan is our new favorite restaurant in würzburg. we did not know the Afghan cuisine yet, but have learned to love it now. the price-performance ratio is top and eating is a pleasure. the atmosphere looks authentic and an evening in the watan is like a small holiday for us. Very good very authentic cuisine, during my visit all the dishes and sauces were very balanced. The homemade fladen bread was excellent. The kababab was finely spiced. The salad prepared with sophistication and dressed with love. The milk tea is very similar to the Marsala tea from India and excellent in taste. I was once again afghan after many years (at that time an Afghan had cooked for us) eating afghan, I am absolutely convinced and happy to come back!
