If I could leave 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE terrible service. I had a reservation, and when being seated we were not approached by a server who ended up being the manager until 20 minutes after being seated. We were patient as we could tell it was busy. A bus girl brought our entrees, the lobster roll was hard as a rock we could not even eat the bread, I was also given flat soda. We waited for the check for about 30 minutes and nobody came to clear our plates or bring us the check because we had no server. I finally asked one of the severs for the manager and she never came. I went myself to find her to tell her I want to pay the bill and leave as it was now 10pm and my reservation was at 7pm...

Steak was cooked incorrectly twice, and all they did was take 1/2 off. Music was way too loud I could barely hear people across from me. Service was ok, not great. Have been here quite a few times but won't ever go back. Food is always hit or miss, mostly miss. Not worth it.

We had a spectacularly delicious dinner in a very charming location. This was our first visit to Water Street Kitchen and we are definitely going back.

Everything was delicious and presented well. Spicy watermelon margarita was also good. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back

Food was excellent, drinks very tasty and our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. Very nice evening out! Thanks!!
