This bar and grill needs help, asap. I usually don’t write reviews but better me than Jon Taffer or Gordan Ramsey. I love to try places along the water. Well, wait was well over an hour outside to eat. Instead of leaving, my group ate inside at the bar. At first, the bartender asked us what drinks we wanted, got those and thats where it got worse. The bartender never came back to take our order. Mind you the bar didn’t have more than 20 people. We had to ask a lady behind the bar to take our order. Smh. Dined on Mothers Day 2024. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food and accommodations for such a special day. The restaurant had a wedding/event style menu. This was not what was expected for the day. No accommodations could be made (shredded cheese for the salad nor red sauce for the butter noodles). The kids “butter noodle” wasn’t buttered just cooked noodles on a plate. String beans were undercooked, mashed potatoes gave a boxed flavor not fresh. It was specifically asked if the butter would be room temperature for easy spreading purposes and to not cool the potatoes with dinner. We took my mom here yesterday for an early Mother’s Day/birthday dinner at 5 pm. While the food was good, Every part of the dinner experience was slow. We waited quite a while after ordering drinks to order meal (I informed them she is diabetic and needs to eat . Then after two hours we ordered dessert and I said it was my mom’s 95th birthday (had to ask to order and they seemed surprised we wanted dessert . After 2 1/2 we asked where our dessert was. Dessert arrived with no acknowledgement of my mom’s birthday (candle? Just say here is your birthday cheesecake? and we sang to her. I went on a Sunday. I ordered the seafood salad. It was really good. The weather was beautiful but the outdoor bar wasn’t open. I’m not sure why as a great day was in the forecast. A few people at the bar still received service but some of us did not. It was confusing. I had to eat at the indoor bar and went outside after eating my food to enjoy the scenery and a beer. I didn’t get a second beer because the indoor bar was really busy and I didn’t wanna lose my seat at the outdoor bar—again, confusing. The bartenders were very pleasant. I also think it is a bummer that customers can’t make reservations. That should be considered in lieu of having people wait an hour for a table. Reserva una mesa ahora

Been sitting at the bar many empty tables yet still 1 hour wait for a table. No big deal I can handle a wait anywhere but to sit down and not be acknowledged by anyone for over 15 minutes is absolutely unacceptable to me. Many patrons getting very angry because of not being waited on. For a restaurant this size and with the high-end prices of food this place should run like clock work but sorry to say the clock here is definitely broken so don't look at your watch. Side note my African American friend who sat down with us was asked if he was with our group. A little common sense people!

I believe what we ordered may have been a issue. The steak was like a ball of meat. Ton of string beans given to compensate for the other portions. I also ordered the jumbo shrimp and was shocked 4 shrimps and again ton of string beans and small portion of mash potatoes. Overall disappointment in the meal. It wasn't tasty. I noticed others selections of pizza and burgers it looked way more appealing.

I visited with my family on Sunday for brunch and was not pleased at all. The service wasn't good and neither was the food.I could go into more detail, but I won't. An overall non-enjoyable experience.
