I bought a number of items before Christmas and the service was superb. I then had to return a couple of items as they were unwanted gifts and again I was delighted with the prompt, polite service. Excellent!!

the Costa staff at the back of the load were absolutely beautiful and have really looked at me as a silent mother to ensure that I was in the load well. it's a pretty little waterstone.
