Was craving a salad from wawa the other night so ordered it via the wawa app. They were out of romaine which is what I normally get so has to substitute for spinch. Got that and paid extra for an extra dressing only to get 1 container. Got home poured the dressing on it and shook my salad. Has a few bites and went for the next Bite and found this grasshopper in my salad. I instantly threw up what I had just eaten. I am so disappointed in wawa for this. I suggest you have your employees learn how to wash your greens instead of just putting it in the bowels. Won't be eating from here for a long time!!! ????
I typically enjoy WaWa stores, but this particular location has been consistently disappointing. The employees here are not only unhelpful, but they are also extremely rude to customers for no apparent reason. I've seen this happen multiple times, especially towards elderly customers, and it's quite shocking. I can't understand why management tolerates this behavior. Although this location is conveniently close to my home, I will be visiting the one on 22nd street instead, and I would recommend others do the same.
I placed my order online and was notified that it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, it wasn't ready. What surprised me was seeing many employees chatting while only one person was actually working in the restaurant. It seemed like they didn't care about the customers waiting for a simple meal that could be prepared in just a couple of seconds.

I started using the Wawa app to earn rewards and went to redeem my first one. Unfortunately, the store couldn't get it to work. The clerk mentioned that this happens all the time. I won't be returning.
I consistently have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The submarine sandwiches are outstanding, and I often find myself returning. The staff is extremely friendly, too.
I suggest you consider hiring more staff. I'm really tired of waiting in long lines and often being late to work during my lunch break. I think I’ll look for better options.
