Every Wawa visit feels like a gamble, but unfortunately, this location was a disappointment. I ordered a double meat ham for my Italian sandwich and ended up with just the regular portion, and they also forgot my chips. It’s frustrating to pay so much and receive so little. The line was long with only one cashier and minimal deli staff available. Meanwhile, several other employees were just wandering around without any purpose. I would recommend skipping this Wawa to save your money.
You can never go wrong coming here, never an issue, most professional business and super convenient. Excellent customer service. They’re the only ones that can get things right late at night. Much respect for WaWa their coffee is always fresh and delicious and their service is always good, never have issues. WaWa deserves a 10/10. I 've always had issues with my orders, but nothing bothers me enough to the point of review, so you know I 'm fuming. My sandwich cost $7.52. I gave the cashier $8. While I was waiting for my .48, the cashier said you 're good without giving me a receipt. So I didn 't get a receipt or my CHANGE. Okay, yeah, it 's only .48, but it 's the principal. It 's stealing. Who knows how much change she saved that day.
It's always a gamble with every wawa and unfortunately this place is a miss, I paid for a double meat ham on my Italian and just got a regular and they missed my pickle chips. My order has been incorrect about 30% of the time lately, which is frustrating because it wasn't like that in the past. I can't recall any issues with my orders over the years. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean, so I don’t have any other complaints. However, the inconvenience of my order being wrong sometimes makes me hesitant to return.
The restaurant was unprepared for breakfast, as there were no hashbrowns available for morning customers. Additionally, the gas station's setup is confusing—why have so many pumps if only some are in use? It seems like the staff are being lazy when they could simply help customers on the other side. This creates unnecessary hassle for everyone.
My sandwhich order recently has been wrong I'd say....30% of the time? Wasn't like that before. For years I don't remember it ever being wrong staff is nice, store is clean. No other issues but the inconsistency on my order makes me hesitant to go there sometimes.

I always have a terrible experience when I go to this location. The staff are rude, specifically Dolores. She hates her job? and the managers have no training. They never smile and are always cranky. I will not be spending any more money at this location.
