Why lock all elements on your menu by short staff This happened several times in the last 2 weeks and is very inconvenient for people who come before work and want to waste their time, just to say that you do not make certain food or drinks because you do not have enough help. If you can run the store as it should run, then turn it off until you have a full staff. Stop advertising that you have items that you are not willing to sell. You're not blocking things you've run out of you, just blocking things you're all not feeling like doing. Unprofessional.

They cannot properly toast or butter a bagel. Made me wait over 10 minutes for a single bagel and I had to get a refund for anyways. Bagel was basically warm bread that they threw a bit of butter on(DID NOT EVEN SPREAD THE BUTTER) and handed it to me like i would be ok with it. Got a refund after waiting another 2-3 minutes but a huge waste of time when i have to get to work

I was there about 2:45 on 06/29 and the person who worked the register was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. A big, older man with glasses, he couldn't treat me like a man, even though I initially gave him respect. He can swim in a deep ocean for a long time. I'd rather starve to death and/or fuel before I ever get back in there.

You will not sell tobacco products, even if you have a valid ID, unless you let them scan in their system to sell your information to health insurance companies

Great location from Chippenham Pkwy/Midlothian Tnpk. Excellent food, good on all products, clean, friendly staff, ATMs, lots of parking
