Conveniently located. However, I consistently have a problem with the service at this wawa. Simply put, they need a larger location for gas and within the store. When this place gets busy, it is hectic! In the mornings the commercial vehicles make getting gas a hassle, and customers go inside to order food; leaving their vehicles to take up spaces in the gas lanes. Extremely frustrating. Wawa should def consider coming up with a plan to tackle the delay with this location.
I'm new to the area (only here pulled out of Missouri) and this has become my way to the convenient shop for well drinks or a snack. It is in a really beautiful location, less than a mile on the road. I'm going up the day for a limo and the machine was just down. The staff (especially Douglas and Summer? I think was her name) are so friendly and so welcome! And if you are a Pokemon GO fan, there are like 10 PokeStops and 3 Poke Gyms all within one block or two!
This specific day. Jan 4, 2017 at 8:45pm. I commend Wawa for hiring the special needs because my cashier seems to be unable to say a word. Either that or she's incapable of a greeting, saying the price, and a proper farewell. I don't expect a Chick-fil-A type of service but a simple hello isn't hard. I'm sure it's in your training manual. Same goes for the ones making the food. It wasn't nearly busy. It's a shame because this is my local Wawa, too.
There are many options available, and it's usually well-stocked. I visited on a very busy Saturday evening and noticed that there were over 25 people waiting for their food orders, with only two staff members working behind the counter for sandwiches, soups, and special items. They definitely need more help on weekends, especially after 10 PM, when many other nearby places close for the night and more people head to Wawa. Reserva una mesa ahora
I visited a gas station on September 26 at 11:05 AM, and I encountered cones at every individual station with only two attendants present. Even when I found an open pump, they informed me that no attendant was available to assist. It seemed like they didn't want to work, likely due to the absence of a manager on duty. I waited for so long that another customer began filling their own gas.
3 stars is being nice I would rather give 1 star. This wawa never has breakfast sandwiches. I have been there 3 times this week and 2 times I had to wait for them to bring out more making me late for work. Today they had none at all, at 9:30am you dont have any breakfast sandwiches at all?
This location has went down so bad I regret it each time I give it another chance. Even the manager was just chatting when there was no coffee. The counters are dirty also. Just tried them again when will I ever learn avoid this location. They forgot to close the lids on the bowls.
