My order was really late, and half of it never arrived. The only thing the driver could tell me was that Grubhub would issue a refund. I ended up having to call them because they only refunded me $4, but I was missing more than $20 worth of food. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues with this food delivery service. I won’t be using Grubhub anymore.
This is definitely not my favorite Wawa—in fact, it might be the worst one I've visited. There's always a homeless person at the entrance asking for money, the Sizzlis are never available, and the customer service is poor. I particularly had a bad experience with Halema. I recommend driving an extra five minutes to the Wawa in Cranford instead.
Avoid visiting this restaurant within an hour of closing time. I ordered a sandwich at 9:20 PM, but when I arrived at 9:30 PM, I was hurried out and informed that the deli had closed some time ago. The staff was unhelpful and didn't mention anything about a refund. Instead, I recommend making the 8-minute drive to the Wawa in Cranford.
I visited the restaurant at 9:40 p.m. tonight and encountered a lack of service. My daughter went in to inquire about our order, and they told her we only had 5 minutes left if I wanted to fill my car with gas, as they were about to close. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had a disappointing experience at Wawa tonight. The young woman preparing sandwiches was unexpectedly rude, which was quite off-putting. Visit date: September 28.
The coffee here is great! However, it's worth noting that the deli closes one hour before the store, at 9:00 PM, but this information isn't mentioned anywhere.
I really enjoy this store! The employees are wonderful and put in a lot of effort to do their jobs well, especially in the mornings when I need my refreshers.
