While the sandwich came out quickly, I had to wait an excessive 25 minutes for my coffee. This delay seemed to be due to a worker being late, and no one else was willing to step in to cover for him. When he finally arrived, he went straight to the back and took about 10 minutes to make my drink without offering any apology for the wait.
I also found that arguing about these issues seems futile; the staff appears to believe they are always right, even when you present them with a receipt that clearly lists your order.
Ive been trying to call them for 10 minutes because I was trying to see if my order was ready. They never picked up, and when they did they would just give me attitude and at one point they said they had the cops called? Im assuming there was some kind of prank call before hand or something but i was just a regular customer calling about my order.
Wawa is a small spot, but I really like it. It's perfect for a quick coffee or snack. They offer tasty sandwiches at great prices, and the staff is friendly and fun to chat with. Sometimes parking can be a bit tricky, but overall, it’s a nice convenience store with consistently good coffee and sandwiches. Definitely worth a visit.
I've never had an issue with Wawa's food, except for this particular location. It always seems to be missing something, and the hot items are often dry or taste like they've been sitting out for 12 hours. Next time, I won't hesitate to drive an extra 10 minutes to the Wawa in Stroudsburg because they never let me down!

This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I rarely have anything negative to say about this Wawa. Keep up the great work! If I could suggest one improvement, it would definitely be to expand the parking lot, as it’s always a tight squeeze.
The sandwich shop provides fast and accurate service. The staff at the checkout are friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. They clearly know their jobs well and handle the cash registers with expertise.
