We received absolutely the WORST service ever today at the Wayback Burgers in Titusville, Florida! My family and I have been going to this Wayback Burgers ever since the day they opened and usually, always receive good service, and when we do I am always the first to write compliments and call management to let corporate know how great of a job these individuals had done.....However today it was just a horrible experience, and it was bad enough that I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location EVER AGAIN! I placed an online order and the estimated pickup time was 16 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant in about 10 minutes. When I received my shake, it was served in a small cup that looked like a child-sized cup. When I asked if that was my shake, the guy confirmed with a laugh. I found it absurd to pay $5 for such a small portion, and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. My food was barely warm when I picked it up, and the fries were soggy. The burger and shakes tasted good, but overall, the experience was not worth it for the price. I will not be returning.
Bought my family a meal tonight at the Titusville Florida location, 2/25/2022, mind you it cost over $70. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes past the pick up time. No the place was not busy, there were only 4 guests at the time. When we got home the shakes were runny, the fries were ice cold, the burger was not what I ordered. After multiple attempts to contact the store only for the phone to ring busy. And no reply from management at all about the issue. I only put 1 star because I had to. This restaurant is great when the right staff is working, but unfortunately tonight (5/21) was a disappointing experience due to the crew on duty. The staff seemed unmotivated and slow, resulting in a lower quality of food than expected. Another customer even found a long hair in their burger and received a refund. It took nearly an hour to receive our order, and I received unfriendly looks while waiting for my food. Additionally, our order was incorrect. It is clear that this crew needs to be retrained or replaced altogether.
We have never been to an Wayback Burger. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed and friendliness of the service. The burgers were made to order and tasted very good. The onion rings and milkshake were also made to order and tasted very good. It took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. We'll visit again when we are back in the area
