I recently ordered takeout for dinner and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. I also want to highlight one of the young ladies who took my order on March 1 at around 6:30 PM. When I approached to place my order, there was a visibly frustrated customer who was quite vocal. This customer went from shouting to targeting this young lady as she came outside to assist me. Despite the uncomfortable situation, she handled it with grace, apologizing to the upset customer while still providing me with excellent service. I truly appreciate her positive attitude; their jobs are clearly not easy. I believe this young lady had braids, possibly glasses, and was wearing a dark-colored shirt. Make sure to call ahead with your order, as it seems to be what everyone else does. The subs are enormous; you could easily share one! The food was fantastic, and it's clear that this place is quite popular. It's set up like a typical pizza joint, offering carryout, but most customers opt for delivery. Keep in mind that the wait time for delivery is longer than you might expect based on the number of people inside and the cars parked outside. There are a few waiting chairs inside, but no tables, so it's not really suitable for dining in. There is only one small grill, which limits the cooking options.
Terrible service. My wife went there and waited an hour for a sandwich and two sides, only to receive the wrong order. While the food is good, the long wait and poor service just don't make it worthwhile. We won't be returning. They really need more staff or a better system for managing customers.

The management is incredibly friendly! The food is fantastic! Mr. Will is extremely helpful with the menu, and the dishes are absolutely amazing! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all with a perfect 5 out of 5.
The cheesesteak is the best I've ever had in Atlanta. It comes with a generous portion of meat and just the right seasonings. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
